My favourite mug cake

You don't know what to eat for brakefast? Something really delicious? Quick? And healthy? 

Soo . . . Lets do a mug cake! You don't know what this is? It's a cake baked in 2 minutes in microwave in your fav mug ;) 



Ingredients: 

2 tbsp of your fav whey (I used coconut)
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup egg whites
1/8 tsp soda bikarone 
1/8 tsp baking powder 
Cimt
Stevia 
1/4 apple sauce (unsweetened) 



Mix all together. Oil your mug a little bit that your cake won't stick. Put the mixture in oiled mug and bake in microwave for 2-2,5 min. Be careful that it don't gets over the mug. If it gets to high stop the microwave for a second and then go ahead for the rest time. 
Warning the mug can get really HOT!  

Flip your cake out of the mug and decorate as you like. I used walden farms chocolate dip, almonds, greek yoghurt with walden farms pancake syrup.

Low Carb Margarita Egg Wrap

Ste vredu? Mislim, da je čas za objavo kakšnega recepta. Naj vam predstavim današnji zajtrk. Idejo sem dobila na instragramu pri Shonda1020.



 Za "tortilijo" potrebuješ:

1 jajce
1/2 cup beljakov
1/2 žličke česna v prahu
1 žlička sveže sesekljane bazilike

Za nadev potrebuješ:

1/4 cup mozzarele
1 paradižnik

Sestavine za tortilijo zmešaš v skledi in spečeš. Paradižnik narežeš na tanke rezine. Tortilijo obrni in obloži s paradižnikom in mozzarelo. Posodo pokrij s pokrovko in pusti, da se sir stopi. Prepogni tortilijo in postreži.

To je to, pa dober tek!

It's been a while, so I think it's time to post a recipe. I found this here and wanted to share with you.

You need:
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh chopped basil
Salt
1/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
1 tomato

Whisk egg, egg whites, garlic and basil in a bowl. Pour onto a medium sized pan and bake on both sides. Slice tomato. Place tomato slices and cheese on wrap and cover pan vith lid to allow cheese to melt.

That's all! Bon ap!

Saturday food #1

Hey!
Food time! I'm gonna show you some of my meals today. 

It was rainy and cloudy today. Not really for a workout in nature, so the gym was calling me ;) kicked back & biceps with some cardio in the end. 

Todays brakefast: plain greek yoghurt, blueberries, half a bar sunny bisk and topped with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup. 


This Walden Farms stuff is awesome. They could be my sponsor ;)

Lunch: I've baked everything in a baking bag in owen for about 20-25 minutes. This was the first time I baked fish that way. It was yummy and the good thing: you don't have to clean just the plate. This bags are really usable. 


Post-workout meal: Avocado, grapefruit, protein powder, 2tbsp honey, 2tbsp lemon juice & banana & water ;) combine everything in a blender and mix well. 


This is it. Sometimes I ran out of ideas what to eat. Write me your meals or suggestions. What are you eating?

FIT FooD

Hellow,
My favourite fit, healthy food. Wanted something different for brakefast. Found a cool blog with recipes Skinnytaste.com.  

1. Mini omlets with apple. 





And thats how I made them: Brocolli, eggs, cheese. The recipe you can find on Skinnytaste.com.





































2. Strawberry - banana smothie





































3. Coconut protein cream with banana and strawberries <3



A prefect dessert. Keto approved. LOVE IT :)
Just mix whipping cream (without sugar) and protein powder together. Top with fruits, nuts, coconut, or what ever you like. And put for 15 minutes in fridge. Bon Apetit!

Finally workout!

After being ill, problems with my teeth...I'm finally OK! Two month of no exercise, no gym...showing up in my bad endurance. I was already nervous! Done my first workout today. Outside! Went for a run. It feels soo good, perfect! HAPPY. Back in the game. I like it! 

Run this nice way to our lake - Šmartinsko lake.



Done some sprints through 48 stairs (10x) and this is the wiew from the top...




And also did some jumping squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, triceps bench dips...
