Saturday food #1

Hey!
Food time! I'm gonna show you some of my meals today. 

It was rainy and cloudy today. Not really for a workout in nature, so the gym was calling me ;) kicked back & biceps with some cardio in the end. 

Todays brakefast: plain greek yoghurt, blueberries, half a bar sunny bisk and topped with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup. 


This Walden Farms stuff is awesome. They could be my sponsor ;)

Lunch: I've baked everything in a baking bag in owen for about 20-25 minutes. This was the first time I baked fish that way. It was yummy and the good thing: you don't have to clean just the plate. This bags are really usable. 


Post-workout meal: Avocado, grapefruit, protein powder, 2tbsp honey, 2tbsp lemon juice & banana & water ;) combine everything in a blender and mix well. 


This is it. Sometimes I ran out of ideas what to eat. Write me your meals or suggestions. What are you eating?
